Entera Wellness Core Tests

The tests listed below are offered by Entera Wellness for your individual purchase. All physical test kits are shipped to your home by DHA Laboratory including everything necessary to collect your specimens, package and ship your samples, and for your provider to receive your results. Additionally, DHA Laboratory will send you a list of local laboratories and instructions via email to complete your draw for any blood tests ordered. These tests include personalized instructions and a one-on-one concierge patient support line to DHA Laboratory in case you have any questions.

Physical Test Kits:

DUTCH Plus

The DUTCH Plus takes hormone testing to a whole new level. In addition to sex hormones and their metabolites, the DUTCH Complete looks at the overall diurnal pattern of free cortisol, and the total and distribution of cortisol metabolites. The DUTCH Plus adds the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR) to bring another important piece of the HPA-axis into focus.

Pharmacogenectic Test (PGx)

The PGx test analyzes 26 genes including: Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic markers to predict how a patient uniquly metabolizes and responds to psychiatric and commonly prescribed medications.

Dutch Complete Test

The DUTCH Complete is the most advanced hormone test, offering an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormones and melatonin, along with their metabolites, to identify symptoms of hormonal imbalances. Easily collected in the comfort of your own home, samples are then sent to our lab to be processed. The DUTCH Complete is the most accurate test, providing a complete assessment of hormonal health.

Organic Acids Test (OAT)

The Organic Acids Test (OAT) provides a comprehensive analysis of intestinal yeast and bacteria. Unusually high levels of these microorganisms often cause or increase the severity of behavior disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: hyperactivity, movement disorders, and immune function. An individual with neurological disorders or chronic illness will often excrete several abnormal organic acids in urine. This may be due to oral antibiotics, immune deficiencies, infections, high sugar diets, or genetics.

The Organic Acids Test includes markers for mineral and vitamin levels, oxidative stress, and neurotransmitter levels.

Kryptopyrrole Test

The Kryptopyrrole test kit is an at home urine collection kit that assesses for elevated urine Kryptopyrrole levels, which result in a dramatic deficiency of zinc and vitamin B6. A high Kryptopyrrole result is also known as pyroluria, pyrrole disorder, or elevated pyrroles which can be linked to multiple symptoms and disorders.

IgG Food Antibodies w/ IgE Total (87 Foods) Test

IgG Food Antibody Assessment is a food sensitivity test which helps identify those with true IgE-mediated allergies as well as IgG-mediated food sensitivities. This immunological food sensitivity test measures IgG antibody levels to 87 foods, and total IgE. Additional sensitivity tests are also available for regional inhalants, molds, vegetables, and spices. This antibody food sensitivity test is ideal for patients who may suffer from delayed reactions/sensitivities to specific foods. It may also provide insight on intolerances, or non-immune responses, to certain foods. Additionally, the IgG Food Antibody Assessment includes a customized True Relief rotation diet plan.

Please note that the IgG Food Antibodies w/ IgE Total (87 Foods) test requires a blood draw. There will be additional blood draw fees associated with the specimen collection from the local laboratory/clinic that performs the draw.

Nutri-STAT Basic Test

The NutriStat Basic test is a comprehensive nutritional assessment that utilizes different testing technologies to offer a panel with 237 nutritional markers from 29 testing categories, providing insights into nutritional deficiencies and imbalances.

Psychiatry Redefined Basic Profile

The Psychiatry Redfined Basic Profile includes the Kryptopyrrole and NutriSTAT Basic tests to be completed at home.
