Once your order is submitted, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment from DHA Laboratory, and your kits will arrive with everything needed to get started.
The purchase of the Nohr-Functional Wellness Panel requires you to complete testing at a local draw site. You will not need a physical test kit to complete your draw. To complete your order for any of the tests mentioned above, please fill out the billing, shipping, and payment fields below. DHA Laboratory will send you a list of local laboratories and instructions to complete your blood draw via email.
