  • I don’t have a license, but am a working health professional. Can I sign up for an account? Yes you can! We partner providers like yourself behind the scenes with authorizing physicians so all chemistries and functional tests can be ordered.
  • I am international, can I still create an account? Yes, this is a world wide program! We support providers around the globe, while also supporting US providers who support international clients. So if you live outside the US, or support clients residing outside the US, we have you covered.
  • Which labs can I order through my portal? I want to order a test but I don’t see it on your fee schedule. We offer 38 different chemistries in-house and close to 800 specialty labs. On the fee schedule we only show the top 200 tests but there are actually 4000 tests available to you. All you need to do is let us know the test you’d like to run and we’ll build it into your lab order form for your practice.
  • I’m not very familiar with the functional labs you offer, where can I learn more? A physician on our team who specializes in the lab test you ordered is available to you (at your convenience) to discuss individual client health history, nutrient drug interactions, your client’s test results…and will work with you to help develop treatment strategies. We offer complimentary consultations for each and every lab test you run.
  • Is there a fee for the lab draw? And how do I locate the labs closest to my client? We have 5500 contracted draw sites throughout the United States that draw blood chemistries at no additional cost. Whenever we drop ship labs for your clients, we provide a list of local labs close to that person’s home, instructions on how to make an appointment and a requisition to present directly to them.
  • Can I drop ship to clients? Absolutely. We have a full online system that allows you visibility from the time you place an order to the time results are in so you can see what’s on your original test, where your client is in the process, and you receive the results first.
  • Where can I get details on all the lab tests for my clients once ordered? When you’re placing an order, if your client has any questions about preparing for the test, they can call the patient support department at DHA so that you don’t have to field any questions. We don’t expect you to know every detail about every test on the market, that’s our job.
  • If I see clients in person, can I still order labs through you? Yes! When practitioners see clients in person we supply blood draw packets that include a list of labs close to your practice and instructions for your client on how to prepare for testing and make an appointment. You also receive the requisition forms you would then check off per which tests you’d like to order for your client. You can physically hand this packet to clients yourself!
