Evaluate The Key Laboratory Results and Develop Effective Advanced Nutrient Therapy with Dr. Mensah

The following tests are all included in our Coronavirus Exposure and Immune Health Panel:

Coronavirus Antibodies

  • Qualitative detection of IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, to help identify individuals who have been exposed to the virus. Serologic results should not be used as the sole basis to diagnose or exclude recent SARS-CoV-2 infection.
  • This test is for individuals who think they may have previously been exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and do not currently have symptoms.

Vitamin C

  • Vitamin C contributes to immune defense by supporting various cellular functions of both the innate and adaptive immune system.
  • Our bodies don't make vitamin C, but we need it for immune function, bone structure, iron absorption, and healthy skin.

Complete Blood Count

  • Complete blood counts can be used to help detect a variety of disorders including infections, anemia, diseases of the immune system, and blood cancers.
  • Red blood cells, which carry oxygen from your lungs to the rest of your body. White blood cells, which fight infection. There are five major types of white blood cells. A CBC test measures the total number of white cells in your blood and each type of these white blood cells. Hemoglobin is included which is a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs and to the rest of your body.

Zinc Plasma

  • Zinc keeps the immune system strong, helps heal wounds, and supports normal growth.
  • Zinc is found in cells throughout the body. It helps the immune system fight off invading bacteria and viruses.

Dr. Albert Mensah, MD. Co-founder of Mensah Medical

At Mensah Medical and the Mensah Research Institute, we are constantly exploring and extolling the crossover benefits of nutrient therapy that go beyond our original mental health treatment focus. During this time of global crisis, it is critical that we recognize the incredible capacity of nutrients and vitamins to boost our overall immunity and thereby stave off or minimize the effects of infectious agents like viruses and bacteria. This screening and consultation will allow individuals to get effective, natural treatment programs that boost immune health at a time when it is so very important to do so.
