Please note, this test is performed by LabCorp and will not require a physical test kit to complete your draw. DHA Laboratory will send you a list of local LabCorp Patient Service Centers, patient prep instructions and a requisition form via email. Please print the requisition form and bring that in with you to LabCorp to complete your draw. C3a is a 77 residue anaphylatoxin that binds to the C3a receptor, a class A G protein-coupled receptor. It plays a large role in the immune response as well as in adaptive immunity, moderating leukocyte production and proliferation.

Patient Preparation: No radioactive isotopes administered within 48 hours prior to venipuncture.
